RECORD Automatic Diecutting System for Envelopes

Fully hydraulic, represents the best solution in envelope diecutting. RECORD operates by means of a microcomputer to automatically cut a complete lift of paper in one cycle. The RECORD programmed hydraulic die press is high speed, automatic, fully hydraulic and controlled by means of a microcomputer where the programs can be set to any desired layout.

Cuts can be made at any angle and any desired sequence. A series of independent hydraulic clamps are on the table to fix the pack of paper sheets. The productivity is dependant upon the die size, number of cuts, type of paper, operator support: normally it will achieve not less than 250 000 per hour. The machine can repeat its cutting position with maximum error of 0.01 mm.

The dies are fixed at the head of the machine. Change time of the die is reduced to a few minutes and only one person is required.
