MASTER Computer Automatic Label Punching System

With numerical control, hydraulic-operating, for the production of every type of label and/or envelopes of various design, type of paper and size. All label sheets are placed on the horizontal table with the cut being made against the table bed. This process eliminates the need for a prior guillotining process.

The machine also allows the use of coupled hollow-punch tools for an increased production, as well as possible attachment of a rotary device of 180° (or of 360° with electronic control) for the hollow-punch, suitable to produce joint and upside down images.

The hollow-punch can be positioned very accurately (positioning accuracy 0,02mm.) for an average production of about 250.000 labels/hourly. Possibility to connect a personal computer to register any programs and adjustment of every label.
