ProLoop

The high performance double wire forming machine ProLoop produce double wires with the diameter of 3/16″ to 1½”. Various pitches are possible from 4:1, 3:1, 2:1 and 9:16. The double wires bind prepunched articles in hand binding machines as well as in double wire binding stations of automatic binding machines. At the start of the forming process the ProLoop unwind the wire from a spool and feed it into the flat forming unit. The loops are formed and the so-called wire carpet is generated. The wire carpet is then formed into a C-shaped profile: the double wire. This double wire is rewound onto a spool separated by paper. The whole process is fully automatic.
